The Wonderlust Podcast– A Mystic Sisters Production

The Wonderlust Podcast is hosted by the Mystic Sisters, Sarah and Emily, and is best described as a comedy and leisure podcast of wonderings, where we take a deep dive into the unexpected, unexplained and unknown. Our podcast topics range from interesting history, natural phenomenon, the occult, true crime, paranormal, urban legends, and so much more.

We have always been curious gals and have had a fervent passion for learning about anything and everything interesting. As children, we were always fascinated with everything from storytelling and art, to science-experiments and archeology. And as we grew older, our passion for learning more about the world we live in has not dwindled—  actually, it thrives, thanks to the vast advancements of technology and the ease of access to hoards of information. Our podcast provides us a fun outlet for us to share our discoveries with each other, as well as all our listeners, and have a blast doing it. However, there is another more poignant reason why the podcast means so much to us, and why we are so passionate about it.

From the Womb to the Tomb

Growing up, we moved around the world a lot. We switched schools, friends came and went, but we always had each other— a built in BFF no matter where we ended up. Now, as adults, we are still very close, but unfortunately that does not mean distance wise. Many states separate us, as well as two time-zones, which can make it more difficult to keep in touch as much as we really wanted. The Wonderlust Podcast really helps us make sure we consistently spend time together, although virtually and on the phone. And in these pandemic times, through the social isolation and quarantines, it has been an absolutely vital lifeline for us where we get to spend time together being silly and having fun, while also learning about all the weird and fascinating things that make up this vast world we live in.
